‘Dashboard’ is where you get a quick overview of everything related to your units and buildings.

This button takes you to a ‘Quick start’ menu which guides you through the first 4 steps of setting up your profile on Bidrento. Detailed instructions here

Monthly turnover

Here you get an overview of your units’ turnover in your chosen timeframe. It shows you the overall turnover, expenses, and operating income based on the invoices you have issued within the chosen timeframe. Turnover does not include deposits. You can set it under ‘Invoice settings’ if the turnover includes VAT or not. 

Occupancy pie chart

The pie chart visualizes for you how many of your units are rented out and how many are vacant based on your active rental agreements as of today

Building information

Building information shows what is the average rental price for your units, if you have any vacancies or active rental agreements, and what is their price. You can also see if you have any contracts ending in the next 60 days, helping you to plan to find new tenants and letting you know if you have any overdue invoices, to keep your finances in order.

By clicking on the building’s row, you’re taken to the building’s overview. 

Agreement information

This table gives you a quick view of your different agreements. You can see which of your agreements are ending or starting in 60 days. Also, you can see agreements that have ended in the past 60 days and which agreements have started in the last 2 weeks. 

Clicking on the agreement line takes you directly to the agreement’s information page. 

Vacancy

This column chart visualizes for you the percentage of vacant units in your portfolio over time. In order to get accurate vacancy calculations, you need to add your unit purchase date in the ‘Unit information’ section

Average rental price

This column chart visualizes your portfolio’s average rental price per square meter.  In order to get accurate vacancy calculations, you need to add your unit purchase date in the ‘Unit information’ section
