Currency settings
First, you have the option to set up the default currency you conduct your business in. If you conduct business in multiple currencies you have also the option to add secondary currency.
This is used if you have, for example, rental agreements in one currency, but need to invoice in another additional currency.
For instance, you have the rental agreements in Euros (EUR), but your monthly invoicing is in Polish Zloty (PLN). You need to enter the default currency as PLN and secondary currency in EUR. Now when you are creating a new rental agreement you see that the ‘Currency’ field has two options PLN and EUR. This enables you to make agreements in EUR, but all the invoices are created in PLN for this agreement.
Currently, you have to manually add the exchange rate. Also, don’t forget to add the date of the exchange rate update. The exchange rate is from secondary currency to default currency (how much is one PLN in Euros)
