GoCardless is an open banking platform. They provide free access to your company’s bank data. After connecting your bank account via GoCardless you will receive payment data to the Bidrento environment which significantly saves you time and help automate the payment monitoring process.

Please note! GoCardless integration needs to be updated after every 180 days. GoCardless has access to your bank account for 180 days and at the end of each 180-day period you need to update the access.

How to create a GoCardless connection?

1. Open the Connected services menu and select Banks.
2. Choose GoCardless from the list of available providers.
3. Select your bank from the list using the search or filter options.
4. Enter your company's legal name and registration code and click the Apply button.
5. You will be redirected to GoCardless' consent page. Read the information provided and click the "I agree" button.
6. You will then be redirected to your bank's login page. Log in and select the accounts you want to synchronize with Bidrento.
7. After confirming the account selection, you will be redirected back to the Bidrento GoCardless integration page. Check the "Import all payments" option to ensure you receive the latest payments in Bidrento.
