How to add additional information to the invoice?

With Bidrento you can create invoices that have all the essential information on them. The invoices include your company’s legal information, description and price of the services, and payment information. These are automatically included in the invoices. However, sometimes you need to add some extra information to your invoice. For this Bidrento has an additional text box, where you can write anything needed. 

You can find the ‘Additional text’ box under ‘Settings’ - ‘Invoice settings’.  There you can enable the ‘Add custom text to invoices’ toggle which then opens the open text box for you. The text will be displayed on all outgoing sales invoices under the description and sum lines. This feature is often used to either write a reminder or greeting for the tenants, add an additional piece of payment information etc. The text can be enabled and disabled at any time.
