If your tenant wishes to receive invoices to one email, and general notifications to a second email address, you can set it up under the tenant's card.

Go to the Tenants section in Bidrento, open up the desired tenant, and click on "Edit". You will be directed to the tenant editing view.

For individuals (not a legal entity/company)

The email in the Tenant information section will be used for all of the general notifications you or the system sends out.
If you scroll down, you can see the Invoicing details section, where a toggle "Invoice recipient different" is located. Enabling the toggle opens up two new fields, which you can fill out.

Invoice recipient name - the name of the person/company who the invoice will be sent to.

Invoice recipient email - the email address of the person/company who the invoice will be sent to.

When filling out those two fields, the invoices will now be sent to that particular email address, while other notifications will go to the original address, which you had set up earlier in the Tenant information section.

For legal entities

The email in the Tenant information section will be used for all of the general notifications you or the system sends out.

If you activate the "Do not send invoices to this email" toggle, and then enter one or more e-mail addresses to the "Additional e-mail recipients (for the invoice)", then the general notifications will go to the address indicated on the "Email" field, and invoices, with proper credentials on the invoice, only to the address or addresses indicated on the "Additional e-mail recipients" field.
