Here you can see an overview of the email templates for accompanying emails which are automatically sent when a specific action occurs (invoice is sent, meter reminder, agreement termination, etc.).

Click on the email row or the ‘Actions’ button to see the email and/or edit them. ‘Tenant environments’ email templates can also be disabled from the ‘Actions’ button. Other templates can’t be disabled.

Currently, the Bidrento platform is available in five languages (Estonian, English, Finnish, German, Polish). However, email templates are available in four additional languages- Latvian, Lithuanian, Romanian, and Russian. Also, you can add email templates in other languages by changing the content in the text boxes. Depending on the language specified under each tenant, the system will use the templates in that language when sending out emails You can change them completely, make small modifications or keep them as they are.
