In Bidrento you have the possibility to send an e-mail to all of the tenants who have an active agreement, or to only a selected few.

To do that go to Buildings, and open up the desired building. On the building card locate a button named "Send an email to the tenants of this building", and click on it.

This opens up a new modal window, where you can enter the subject, body of the message, and add attachments.

In the last field, you can define the tenants who will receive the email.
If you do not select any tenants, the email will be sent to all of the tenants who have an active rental agreement in the building. If you wish to send an email to only selected tenants, click on the field, and select the tenants.

If you wish to send an email to a tenant who doesn't have an active rental agreement anymore (but who’s on the platform) you can add their email to the ‘Tenants who receive emails’ line. This means only this tenant will receive the email, not everyone in the building.

The reply-to-name and reply-to-email can be defined/edited under the building card, by clicking on "Edit", and locating the "Contact details" section.
