Monthly turnover
Here you get an overview of your units’ turnover in your chosen timeframe. It shows you the overall turnover, expenses, and operating income based on the invoices you have issued within the chosen timeframe. Turnover does not include deposits. You can set it under ‘Invoice settings’ if the turnover includes VAT or not.
Operating income over time
This chart gives you an overview of all the income your portfolio is receiving. Under ‘Invoice settings’ you can choose if the turnover includes VAT or not.
Vacancy
This column chart visualizes for you the percentage of vacant units in your portfolio over time. In order to get accurate vacancy calculations, you need to add your unit purchase date in the ‘Unit information’ section.
NOI
NOI is Net Operating Income. This helps you to quickly calculate the profitability of a particular investment. NOI determines the revenue and profitability of investment real estate unit after subtracting necessary operating expenses. Under ‘Invoice settings’ you can choose if the turnover includes VAT or not.
ROI
ROI is Return on Investment. This helps you to understand how much profit or loss your investment has earned. To get accurate ROI calculations you need to add your unit purchase date and price.
