‘Reports’ is where you see cash flow, and charts reflecting different aspects of your portfolio to get a better overview of how your portfolio is doing. And you can, also, generate and download different reports (articles, occupancy, service requests, tenants, and units).

Here you can generate the following reports for your chosen time period:

  • Articles report - The total sum of each article during the specified period of time
  • Occupancy report - An overview of the occupancy of the selected objects during the specified period
  • Service request report - The number of service requests per building and object during the selected time period
  • Tenants report - An overview of all the tenants and their agreements as of today's date.
  • Units report - Overview of all the objects in the portfolio, related tenants and the basic agreement details
  • Rent roll - Outlines your rental income from your real estate objects and information on your tenants
  • VAT report - Detailed VAT report for each invoice row during the specified period of time
  • Tenant invoices - The report contains information on all invoices issued to tenants for the selected time period (based on entry date)
  • CO2 emissions report - Details on CO2 emissions generated from energy consumption in buildings or units. There are 3 different sheets on the report, which give an overview of buildings' CO2 emissions, units' emissions and units' emissions per m2.
    Note: To obtain an accurate report, the presence of both metering readings data and CO2 coefficients is essential (can be found under Settings -> Tenant app -> CO2 widget)
  • Agreements Termination report - The report gives an overview of the agreements for which termination was confirmed by the property manager.
  • SAGA Report - SAGA Accounting compatible report with the total sum of each invoice during the specified period of time grouped by VAT ID.
  • Cost allocation report - The report contains information for confirmed cost allocation made on unit or building level.
  • Deposit report - The report provides a complete overview of the current status of contract deposits.
  • Ordered extra services - The report gives an overview of active extra services for a selected time-frame in selected buildings.
  • Penalty report - The report displays a list of tenants who have been issued an invoice with a row type 'penalty' during the selected period, along with the corresponding amounts and payment statuses.
